New Verzion Cell Phone

I just got my Samsung Intensity in Flamingo Red about a month ago. I really like it. I do more texting than calling now. I have only used the camera once or twice and can't remember how I worked it, I need to refresh myself on that one. Good luck with the phone you choose.

I'd go with the ENV3 ( I think that's the latest in that series) I had the 2 and loved it.

I'd go with the LG Envy 3. I have it and LOVE it. I had a Samsung prior to this phone and absolutely hated it. Worst phone I've every had. I've always had good luck with LG. I don't have the internet, Just text and send pics. Love the camera on this phone. My kids have the Envy 2, I was lucky enough when it was my turn to get the 3. You won't go wrong with this phone. Blackberries have the WORST camera's ever! and Verizon charges an "extra" fee for just HAVING a Blackberry. So don't get a Blackberry! Good luck!

I just did htis yesterday as I found out I was eligible for such upgrade. I am getting the Samsung Intensity in Flamingo Red delivered to my house today!! It was the best 'no data pkg reqr'd' option as far as the research I did online. I will let you know how I like it. I also went to this website 'allintesity.com' and purchased a super cute phone cover for a lot cheaper than the Verizon website and a lot cuter. I was sold on the key pad, the camera quality, overall appearance and value (IT IS FREE). Hope this helps.

I don't have those exact phones, but I went from the LG Rumor to the Samsung Rant. They are almost identical phones, exact same features. I LOVED the LG and hate the Samsung. My husband feels exactly the same way. Good luck!!

I have a Samsung Intensity. I loooove my phone! I text alot to my family back home and my husband in Iraq (through internet service). The keyboard is a really nifty item to have. The camera quality is just right for me.

I recently had the same decision. I went with the LG Cosmos, it had better reviews on-line (off the Verizon site). The battery life is really long, I forget to charge mine sometimes (well a lot of the times) and I can go 3 days with out charging it. The only thing I don't like about the camera is I can't zoom- or I haven't figured it out yet. If you don't want the data plan, you may want to have them block all web or data content. I somehow accessed something (maybe the facebook) and it charged me 1.68mb and since I don't have a data plan, I am being charged for those. I just called the CSR people and asked them to block it so I wouldn't occur any more accidental data charges. Good luck! :)

I just got a Samsung Intensity (for the same reason!) and so far I love it. It's very easy to use, and I really like having a full keyboard. Also it takes very good pictures, which I use a lot.

Love mine- LG model with the camera and texting. I don't want/need internet access and it's been very durable!
