Need ideas please to locations and places that I can have my will be 3 yr old boy birthday party at. Will have minimum 15 kids, still not sure what is the max but guesssing no more than 20. Trying to keep it small but yet hoping he will have a good time. Not familiar at all with any ohter places besides chuckee cheese, which I do not want to do. The Little Gym! Lots of fun and they do a lot for you. On a budget I would say pick your favorite park and bring a cake and do a play date type deal.

Toy Story 3 is coming out June 18th. Most theatres have a room you can have a cake in afterwards....

I suggest a paint party at your house or the local park! We're having one in August for my almost 3 year old. Have kids wear clothes they can get dirty. Get construction paper and pudding cups and let the kids 'paint the picture' then eat the pudding. You could add in some other edible treats to decorate with (or have them paint with licorice sticks so they can eat that and keep fingers clean!). Get washable paints and have the kids paint something (piggie banks, tshirts, etc) and that can be instead of a treat bag. Make your own invitations to look like paint pallettes. Bring sugar cookies that you have each child 'paint'. You could even get old buckets or paint buckets and cover them in each child's name. This could be as expensive or cheap as you want it to be! We're doing this and having pizza, chips/dips, and a cake that looks like a painters pallette also. Good luck!

Airtastic in Aurora is really fun(it's one of those inflatable places). They have nice party rooms and the kids have a blast. www.airtastic.com. Also Players behind Super Target on Rt. 59 does sports parties. Also really well run, clean and fun!

HI L.,
We just had a birthday party last weekend that worked great and the children were all 3 & 4. The best part was it was in my SIL's backyard! She had a few simple games (pin the tail, of course it was a crown because it was for girls, musical circles, had the kids walk on colored circles, small bouncy house, sand/water station, swing-set, balls, ride-on toys, basicall all her outdoor toys with a few extra) and the kids had a blast! They all played well. No fighting because there was plenty of choices, we took a break to have ice cream and cake then played again, a little while later it was time for presents. I was surprised when I looked at my watch and realized it was time to go.
Basically, my suggestion is have it in your yard and make it a large play date! Have fun!!
