I currently go to OB/GYN Specialists of Northern Kentucky. It is an all male practice (incase you have a preference) and I believe there are nine doctors. I have only been going there a short time, first for some gynecological issues and now for my pregnancy, and I have only seen 3 of the doctors, but so far I really like them! I also have a friend who has been going there for years and she likes them a lot too! They have two offices, one located near St. Elizabeth South in Edgewood and the other is in Florence. I hope this info is helpful, if you have any other questions, just ask. Oh and one more thing, their number is ###-###-####.

I have gone to 3 of the four practices mentioned below. I went to women's Health care of NKY as a teen and had my first 2 children there. Each one of my male doctor delivered one of my kids and I absolutely loved the practice. With my 3rd child I went to St. Luke physicians for women that is the one mentioned at St. Luke now St. Elizabeth Florence. I only left the other pracice because this was going to be my last child and the other two practices did not do tubaligations. There were very careless with my c-section which caused several issues 3 years later. They kept doing one procedure after another which kept causing more problems. I left there to go to OB/GYN Specialists of NKY. They immediately took care of all my issues and took alot of care and concern about anything I had questions about and even things I didn't think about.

OBGYN Specialist of Northern KY, ph # ###-###-####. I used them when I had my 1st child, moved to Nashville, TN and moved back and used them again for my 3rd child. They are great and you can usually get ahold of the nurse when needed or make an appointment within a week. Good luck on your move!

I went to Tri-State womens health and DO NOT reccomend it! The staff are unorganized and rude and your appointments are often all messed up. I even had the doctor simply hand me my file at the end of one of my visits (like I had any idea of what to do with it). Of the 5 times I had appointments there 4 of them were unpleasant, unorganized, and once they forgot to put me in the books all together. My husband and I literally fired the practice and are currently using St. Elizabeth physicans & Midwives. This is much better and convenient as most women in this area deliver at St. Elizabeth, my OB, Peditrition and midwife are all in the same location & are very organized and professional. Not to mention they have better office hours than most since they are actually located within the hospital! I would NEVER recommend Tri State womens health to anyone!

Hi W..

I use Tri-State Womens Health in Florence Kentucky. The number is ###-###-####. It is a mixture of male and female doctors. I have been using them for 11 years. I have had 3 pregnancies including twin boys and I went there for all of them. Very good bedside mannger. And Dr. Kanter is the best. I was recently diagnosed with displaysia after having my twins, he did a procedure and had it removed. Came back three months later as cervical cancer and when he told me, he looked like he was ready to cry when he was watching me cry. The great thing about him is he is the best in Gynecological surgery in Northern Kentucky.

You should check them out.

Hi W. -
I am not sure of the specific name but the Women's Center at St. Luke East Hospital in Florence has a great reputation. The midwife (Robin) who delivered my daughter left the practice I go to to go there . She is the BEST!!! I am even considering leaving my practice which I have been at for 10 years to follow her there. Hope this helps and welcome to the area. I didn't grow up in this area but it is a great place to raise a family.

L. (Union, KY)
