My daycare is great. Both my kids are there - my older son has been there nearly 2 years. She is in Burbank, near Olive and Alameda. I asked Claudia's permission to put up her phone number, and she said it was ok ###-###-####. She has a full-time helper. She has 7 kids right now ranging from 5 months to 4 years, and only wants 1 or 2 more. Been doing this for over 15 years. Pretty reasonable - I interviewed several that cost more. I know you mentioned a daycare facility, not a home based daycare, but it a nice, relaxed, homey environment, and maybe could work out for you while you wait for a spot to open at a facility.
