My Baby Wakes up Wet Every Night?

For the last week my daughter, who is 10 months old, has been waking up every morning soaking wet. This just started about 5 days ago, but it has been happening every morning and it wakes her up earlier then she usually gets up. Her pajamas are wet and her diaper is completely soaked. I have not switched diapers and I use a good quality brand. I'm asking if anyone has any ideas about what I can do to help. She loves to drink water, but I have had to stop giving her water with dinner, but I can't stop giving her her bedtime bottle. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What can I do next?

Pampers BabyDry - I swear by them! They are a little more expensive, but my daughter lasts through the night. We had the same problem. Now the only time she soaks through her diaper is when we run out of her BabyDrys and put her in a regular diaper for bedtime. Good luck!

go to a larger size?

Hi G.,
My daughter had the same problem so I bought the next size bigger diapers and also bought diaper doublers from the Safeway at Arden and Watt. I also noticed she peed more if she got too cold so she wears blanket sleepers with socks underneath and I make sure her room isn't getting too cold.

I agree with the previous poster.. try a larger diaper..
then a doubler if needed :)

Hi there, my name is C. and I have a 27 month old daughter and a 10 month old son. my daughter did the same thing and it was frustrating. I changed to a bigger size diaper and it helped alot. sometimes I would even change her in the middle of the night, but if she has a hard time falling back to sleep then I dont recommend that. try a bigger diaper size or a diaper insert. I know they sell them at babies r us. it totally worked for me. I hope this helps.

I also have a 10 month old baby, a boy. He had the same problem with being soaked. I switched to a larger size diaper (disposable) and he stays dry.

I did the same as below, went to the next size up, but I know some brands sell "overnight" versions of their diapers, which are supposed to be more absorbent. My friend swore by them, but I think they are more expensive than regular diapers. It may be worth a shot though if it is interrupting everyone's sleep. You could also try putting the old school cloth diaper covers over the disposable, that would stop any leaks from getting on her clothes and making her uncomfortable.

I agree with others... try moving to the next size up.
