Monster 1200 Steam Cleaner

Hello Moms. Has anyone purchased the Monster 1200 Steam Cleaner? I am thinking about purchasing this product but I need some feed back about this item. Thanks.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Hello Moms,
I didn’t purchase the 1200 steam cleaner, but I did purchase a stream cleaner from Walgreens for about $30.00. It’s small, but I love it. The first time I used it I noticed that it cleaned my shower very well and then I was able to clean the crud in under the door stall as well as under the knobs on the skin. I have used each week for the past 3 weeks and it is becoming easier to clean my house and keep it nice and clean. Thanks for everyone’s response. Happy cleaning, if that’s your thing. :o) If forgot to mention, I used it on my stove top and boy have I seend a difference. All the baked on and sticky thing that wouldn't come off with just cleanser and water was easily wiped off with the steam from the cleaner.

I bought one and I can't say I love it. I wish I had an upright one because to steam your folors you have to hold the Monster in one hand and then basically mop with the other. I just like simple but it does work as far as the cleaining.

I was curious to see the responses on this one too. I haven't been able to see any real reviews on google.

I wanted to buy one too. I did some research on the net and didn't find anything positive. All the comments were negetive.

I haven't tried it, but I do know of a pretty good website for reviewing products. It's www.epinions.com and they are all customer reviews. I didn't see the specific item in question right off hand, but I didn't have much time to look, so it might be in there somewhere. Also, if you've used a product, you can join and write your own review, and if they still do it the way they did it before, you can actually earn some money with your reviews. I used to do it a long time ago and it was pretty straightforward. Happy shopping!

Don't do it!! Steam cleaners are almost impossible to have repaired and they don't last very long. We have never heard of it and we are in the industry.

Renting a carpet cleaner once a year called the CP3 by Thermax would be a better bet. For spilled or accidents just blot is up immediately with paper towels or white towels. Then use a mild soap solution to clean and rinse with plain old water using towels to absorb the stain. I have The Vacuum Shop in Round Rock if you would like more info. ###-###-####. M.
