We just found out our landlord is moving back into our rental on November 1.
We are looking for at least 3 bedrooms in delray beach north of Atlantic.
My husband and I have been married 7 years (today!) and we have a 5 year old girl and a 1 year old boy.
We moved here from California in November last year, and we're overwhelmed to learn we have to move again.
Maybe someone wants to take their house off the market for a year and earn rental income while the market stabilizes?

Rainberry Lake is a wonderful neighborhood on the corner of Lake Ida and Congress. It is just west of 95 and just north of Atlantic. I live there and I know there are some rentals available. I know you said you are looking in Delray, but we just put our house on the market for rental and we live in Boca Raton. We have a large 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home that is completely babyproofed. I wish I had a place to offer, but wanted to suggest Pineapple Grove, my husband and I used to live there before it went condo and LOVED it, it's off Atlantic 1/2 mile north on 2nd Ave, walkable to the action but enough off the beaten path that it's a little cheaper and not loud. They have great 3 bdrm townhomes. I know there's a lot of rentals available there......good luck! May want to check craigslist...
