Needing to find a VERY good OBGYN in the Ashburn/Sterling/Lansdowne area that is affilated with Reston.
I also highly recommend Speier and Barrett, Speier was my Dr but Barrett ended up delivering and they were both great. Although, I had an awful experience delivering at Reston and a friend who just had her 4th child delivered the last at Reston and also had a terrible experience. I hear Loudoun is much better, just my two cents!
I loved the Dr's at Perfectly Female. The Ashburn # is ###-###-####. They also have an office in Reston.

If you're willing to go to a doctor in Reston, I'd recommend Kathleen Cauble. I didn't go to her for care until after I had my kids, but she seemed very good and I had heard good things about her and her partner.

I also see Dr. Speyer and Dr. Barrett, they are both wonderful and have offices in Sterling and Reston. Both offices staff is very nice! I've also never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment - which is something I've not experienced at other offices. Good Luck!
Perfectly Female Women's Healthcare has an office in Ashburn and delivers at Reston Hospital. They are 3 OB-GYNs that all work together. I went to their Reston office so I am not sure of the number of the Ashburn one, but I am sure you can find it online. Good luck!

I have been using Kathleen Rausch and Kathleen Cauble for over 15 yrs. Although Dr. Rausch has been my primary OB-GYN Dr. Cauble was the one who delivered my son by emergency c-section at Reston Hosp. in 1997. I absolutely love them. I have even run into Dr. Rausch at the store and she's not only known me but also asked about my husband by name (without a note in a chart). They were part of Women's Physicians when I gave birth but left to start their own practice right around that time. I also use the pediatrician that I think she used for her kids.
I also used Drs. Rausch and Cauble at Physicians for OBGYN care. They both are awesome! The only problem for you might be that their only office is in Reston. But they really are VERY good!
