Looking for a Hair Salon

One word - Andrea. She works at Just for You on McClintock & Warner. I believe her rates are close to what you are used to.
She's been cutting my hair now for 9 years. She also cuts my husbands and several of friends hair as well through my referrals. I wouldn't go to anyone else - ever!!

My best friend is a hairdresser, she worked for Toni & Guy for years, but as most of ya know, Toni & Guy have their hairstylists specialize in either color or cutting and she wanted to become more rounded and do both. She is AMAZING at color and an AWESOME cutter as well, she is the only person I trust with my hair and I trust her to the point that I let her do whatever she wants with my hair! She is at SuperCuts at Metro, her name is Tiffany. You'll love her. (Yeah, SuperCuts, I know, but she is one of their top hairstylists and hey at least its cheaper than what you normally pay!) I have been going to DiRicci's in Gilbert. Well worth the drive. Letty is the person I've been using and she is awesome. I think anyone in that salon would do a great job but Letty is the one I've been using.
They are on the corner of Higley and Elliott.

My sister, Heather, works at a salon in Mesa (Gilbert and Brown Rd) called Tantrums and let me tell you, she is AWESOME! I constantly get compliments on my hair. She really is a wonderful hairstylist and has been trained by the best in the business. Her boss selected her to be flown out to New York over the course of several months to be trained extensively in cutting hair by some of the best. She also works part-time for Goldwell, a company that sells hair color, and they have trained her in using the hair color the best methods possible (come on--she was trained by some gay guys from Europe. That's gotta be good! :)

I hope this helps and I don't think you'll be dissappointed. Call Tantrums @ ###-###-#### and make an appointment with HEather. I will say that she and the owner are the highest-charging stylists at the salon. Her boss recently asked her to raise her prices to match his because he thought she was worth it, so it isn't cheap. But you get what you pay for! And I think $50 for a haircut sounds about right (but I get the family discount, so I don't know exactly).

I don't know if it's too far out of the way...but I used to work at the Purple Cactus Salon it's located on Gilbert and Elliot. It's cute, and very friendly.

I found a fantastic girl in Mesa. Her name is Sonya and she works at Dizin Salon. She books her own appointments and her number is ###-###-####. She books out a month in advance, so call well ahead of time. I have long hair and lots of it and I pay $100 for cut and color. Hope this helps.

Hi- u may already have found someone.But if not, I can highly reccomend a salon called Images @ San Marcos.Its in Chandler and the girl I saw, her name is Melissa. She is fantastic.Pays attention to what you want- asks you detailed questions to assure clarity so u get the fabulous cut and color that you want.
