Looking for a Good Pre-school in Rockwall

We are moving back to Rockwall this month and I'm looking for an affordable 2 day pre-school program for my 4 year old. I had her in a church day school last year and she enjoyed that. I'm not looking for anything super fancy, but would like her to learn as much as possible before she enters kindergarten in fall 2010. Any ideas?

What can I do next?

Our Lady of the Lake - Catholic church. My son went on Tuesday & Thursdays and was completely prepared for kindergarten. We aren't catholic. The price was low and they had a good program. My son still talks about it (he's in 3rd grade). We were very pleased with the instruction he received.

My girls go to Primrose Rockwall. Mine do 5-day; however, I have learned through other parents that there are part time options. I like the school; I feel like we get our money's worth. They do art everyday and learn daily. I have been impressed by the effort that goes into educating the kids even at an early age - infant. Also, another good one is Galaxy Ranch. I have toured that school and it is awesome. However, a bit more expensive than Primrose. Good luck!

I would highly recommend either the pre-school program at Lakepointe Church or the program at Lakeshore church. Both are very good. We did Lakepointe from ages 2-4 and was very pleased with it. There is typically a waiting list so you need sometimes as much as a year in advance to get in. I have friends that teach at Lakeshore off of 205 and 549 and feel good about recommending it as well, probably easier to get into.

After researching and visiting several preschools, I decided to enroll my daughter in Preschooler's Place at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall. Follow this link, select Preschooler's Place, and then view brochure for information.

PS - My family attends Lake Pointe (Rockwall campus) on Saturday nights. We'd love to have you in our Adult Bible Fellowship (married couples 20s/30s+). We meet in room W102 immediately following the 6:00 pm worship service. You can learn more about Lake Pointe at www.lakepointe.org
