I am looking for a good and affordable pediatrician for my 3 1/2 year old daughter in ST.FRANCIS MILWAUKEE. We dont have any health insurance and since she was born in Europe she is not elligible for any goverment health programs. Does anyone has any suggestions?? Thanks!
Well I know a REALLY good pediatrician in greendale (by southridge mall). His name is Dr. Robert Brueggeman or Cheryl Dominski. THey are both equally good and work fro Commonwealth Medical Group. Their pediatric group is called Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Wisconsin. The address is 4848 S. 76th St and the phone number is ###-###-####. Hope this helps

The Wisconsin Women's Health Hotline has 24/7 phone info about 3000 organizations and agencies through their 800 number. Also check out the information on Cope Resource Directory -- although the information is listed as "Ozaukee County" I've found that they have resources well beyond that territory, and the Maternal and Child Care Health Hotline might also be able to point you in the right direction. Also, if you can pay cash up front some docs will give a discount, you can call around to see who will work with you. We love our pediatric group (Children's Medical Group - Mayfair Mall) although we see Dr. Wegner, it was the male doc, (whose name I can't remember) who seems the most generous with "samples." My son, brother and many of my childern's friends go to Forest View Pediatrics and absolutelt love all the doctor's there. My son sees Dr. Dan Dorrington.

I highly recommend Dr Khare/Dr Jereb or any of their associates at Oak Creek Pediatrics. I can't say enough positive things about Dr Khare(pronounced Car-E)--we have been with her many years. Prior to having her as our ped we went through two other doctors.
She is kind, caring, thorough, and, being a mom herself, knows that you know your child and when your child needs help.
Dr Jereb is a great dr as well, my kids have no problem seeing him either. The other peds there, as well as the staff, etc. are wonderful.
