Kiddin' Around Drop-In Daycare in Frisco
Like a lot of Moms, I don't have any relatives that live close by to be a babysitter. My husband and I desperately want a date night but I am hesitant to use a teenage babysitter. Have any of you used Kiddin' Around in Frisco? It is a drop in daycare. It appears to be awesome but would love some honest feedback....thanks.

I have used Kidden Around for my 11 mo. son. I was very pleased with their care. You do have to make a n appointment for the little ones, but that is just to make sure they have the staff to watch them one on one. You cant ask for more attentive care than that!
One side note: I wouldnt recommend taking a baby their if you are wanting them to nap. The atmospher is just not condusive to this.
Once again I was very pleased!!

If you are in McKinney, you may be closer to The S.S. Noah in Allen. It is at Hwy 75 & McDermott behind Stacy Furniture. It is also a drop-in place and we use them a lot. Our kids love going to "the special play place". We used Kiddin' Around once when our youngest was under 18 months and S.S. Noah was full (you have to make an appointment if your child is less than 18 months) and it was fine. The prices are comparable. We use S.S. Noah because it's closer to us and the places we go out to.

Hi H.,
We don't have family in the area and we often use Kiddin' Around in Frisco. My son is 21 mos and we have used them for about the last year. I have been happy with the care my son has received and I have not had any problems. They have an infant room for children under 18 mos. After 18 mos they in the general play area which is supervised but the kids are playing and all over the place. I have a rough and tummbly little boy who feels in heaven there because he can run wild and have fun with the big kids. Because it is such busy area with kids of all different ages playing, I would have some concerns if I had maybe a little girl or little boy that was quite, shy or meek because I would be afraid he would just get ran over. I do have some friends who have gone there and not used it for that very reason. If your child is over 18 mos, I would recommend taking a tour on a Friday or Saturday evening at their busiest time to get a feel for that and make sure you are comfortable. If your child is under 18 mos and will be in the infant room, I think you will be happy.
