She deals A LOT with investment properties and first time buyers. We just bought our first home through her that is an investment property and got a super great deal. We bought it for $150,000 and it needs $8000 of foundation repair and after that it's worth $230,000. We were competing with a lot of investors for it and Brenda was just great. She works really hard for her clients and is very blunt and up front about things.
