I have sold every house I have listed within two weeks AND the buyers were very happy with the price. I can provide referrals to this effect as well. And as a Mammasource referral I will do it for 2% rather than the customary 3% as I have found the referral business from doing such outweighs the additional 1% and helps save you money. Call Tim Grubbs!! He is the king of The Colony. We had our home on the market (in The Colony) for over 6 months with my aunt who is a relator, we switched to Tim Grubbs and we sold in two weeks!! We got his name from my husbands uncle, they had their home in the colony on he market for 2 years, switched to Tim and they sold in 2 weeks. He was wonderful!! He will not lower his relator commission but if you want to see your house he will tell you exactly what you need to get it done, and he will sell it FAST!! He specialized in The Colony too..
