Infant Swim Sandles or Shoes

Does anyone know where I might find a good pair of swim shoes for 1y/o's. I have a set of b/g twins and they wear about a size 4 shoe. I hate letting them roam on wooden decks because of splinters and concrete decks are so HOT.

I saw a little girl with some pink slip-on sandles at the pool the other day that she could wear on the deck as well as in the pool. I completely forgot to ask their mom where she got them. I would really like to buy some for my kids. Any suggestions?

What can I do next?

Hi K.!
I'm not sure if Crocs would qualify for what you want but Goodman's Shoes in Nora Plaza (by Nora Target on 86th Street)has a huge selection including children's sizes. They also have a wide selection of shoes - thought I admit I haven't been shopping for little ones just yet. :) Good luck!

I purchased several pairs across the years at The Children's Place. I know Target has them as well. You may want to try consignment shops since they only wear them so few times they don't wear out much. Good luck.

If you can't find them in the store, go to One Step Ahead's website. They have lots of great outdoor wear in all sizes, they have a great selection of beach/pool accessories.

I've seen them at Babies R Us and you can get them from www.onestepahead.com

I'm a few days late responding but you might want to check One Step Ahead. (www.onestepahead.com) They have lots of summer swim gear and swim acessories.

My daughter has "splash day" every Wednesday at her preschool and has to wear shoes. 2 years in a row I've gotten her some little water shoes from Target. They're $5 and last her all summer.

K. - www.onestepahead.com has some great swimshoes for kids. I bought a pair for my 18 month old daughter and they work great. Check them out. They are under apparel then baby apparel then click footwear. Good Luck!
