Once again i am having really bad allergy/sinus issues. i have been using my neit pot, 2 times a day (don't worry i use bottled water!) and yet i get very little relief. i sneeze SO MUCH that i feel like my water might just break! besides using a neti pot what else can i do? I'm drinking LOTS of fluids, and feel fine otherwise...so any other remedies? i want to avoid any OTC meds...TIA

What can I do next?

Hmmm...have you asked your OB?
And I just wanted to tell you that I am proof that you CAN, at least, cough yourself into labor, so I would assume you can, indeed, sneeze yourself into labor.
I did!
No joke.
All the best!

What's causing it? Have you been cleaning? Do you need to clean? Try to find the cause of it and eliminate that... You could also run a humidifier since that cuts down on some allergens, such as dust particles.

lol...once I hit about 6 1/2 - 7 months...sneezing totally gives me contractions! Have you tried any essential oils? I really like DoTerra's "Breathe"...it always helps :). Good luck!

I have some kind of sinusitis left over from a bad cold, and I swear I could sneeze myself into labor, AND I AM NOT PREGNANT!!! Holy hell this stuff is bad this year. I think its cause we are having such a mild and windy winter that its blowing nasties in from some where. I usually dont have allergies in the winter or spring so this is got to be coming in on the wind. I have a humidifier, its helping but found my only relief so far has been Claritin. By relief I mean it ceases the sneezing but not the sinus issues. I know that when I was pregnant with my first I had such a bad allergy to second hand to cigarette smoke that it cause temporary asthma. The strange thing is I smoked till I got pregnant. Then I had to quit because of the allergy. Best thing I did for everyone now, but they made me take Advair so I would stop coughing, sneezing, wheezing and breaking out in Hives.

Try out this website maybe there is something homeopathic that you can use. www.earthclinic.com
I love this website. Normal people like you and me go on and rate how the different remedies worked for them.
Good luck and GOD BLESS!

Pregnancy makes your nasal passages swell. Just put up with it till you deliver. Stay away from dairy products/soy products.
