The best gal I know is in downtown Kent - Roxanne Lapping at Heartbeat Yoga and Healing Arts - She is VERY knowledgeable and you will feel like a new person! ###-###-####
Tell her you got her info from D.
For a little extra she can come to you!

I just had a massage last week at Kyva Beginings in Tacoma (253/212-296, 1212 South 11th Street #43, Tacoma, WA 98405 http://www.kyvaspa.com/) Not sure about if she does maternal massages but she has a 15 month old and has been doing massage for about 10 years so she most likely has had opportunity. My husband had some back issues when we went and she worked around that very well. Contact her, the massage was great.

there is a really good massage therapist in the same office with Jex Chiropratic. I know the office manager and it is a great office. They are on the corner of hwy 99 and the road that gets on the freeway by costco in federal way. Sorry I can't remember the name of the road. but I'm pretty sure they do prego.

Massage for Health in Federal Way is a good place to go, and they offer prenatal massage. Also, Arabella Vital in Puyallup is AWESOME!! :)

When I was pregnant, I tried many massage therapists (including Gene Juarez for convenience) and based on my experiences, I'd HIGHLY recommend only 1 person. She works through the Fitness Center at Valley Medical Center in Renton. I know this isn't in your back yard but I think she's worth the drive. She has the special foam padding (specifically for pregnant moms) so you can lay on your belly while she massages you. The others I went to only put pillows under your belly and massaged you on your side. Not as effective in my opinion. If you're interested in coming to Renton, let me know and I'll give you her name. Good luck!!
