hmmm, that is tricky since her days and nights seem to be switched. Does she have a good nighttime routine? i.e. dinner, play, bath, book, bed. Some variation of that...but bath and book help to set up bedtime. I would suggest as you are transitioning her back to sleeping at night to let her sleep in the morning for 2-3 hrs (between 9 and 11) then wake her if she doesn't wake on her own. Keep her awake and busy playing as much as possible until 2. Then let her sleep 1-2 hrs. Wake her up again if she doesn't wake up on her own. Keep her busy playing, take her outside or to the park. That should keep her awake (even if she's cranky) and also get her fresh air and wear her out for her nighttime rest. It might take all your spare time that first day or two, but I think it should be fixed pretty quick after that. Babies and Children in general need and crave structure. She takes her cues from you now. Once you set a good sleep pattern and routine in place, do your best to stay consistent. Good luck! I hope it goes well.

Whatever you are doing now, change it. When the parents change, the child has no choice but to change. Ignore her and let her start to self regulate on her own. Give a blanket or lovely that she can start to rely on. Create a nighttime routine and then close the door to her room all the way. It will take 1-3 nights and she will sleep. Do not feed until morning.

Get the book, Sleeping Through the Night by Dr. Jodi Mindell. She will give you ideas about what to do and what can cause this. She also troubleshoots different milestones in a child's life that can disrupt sleep as they grow(vacations, time changes, moving from crib to bed, etc.). Your baby needs a routine, quality sleep during naps, so she will know its time to sleep at night. I used this book with both my boys and it really helps you get a perspective and know you are not crazy. Sleep problems are very common. Make sure she is eating enough during the day.
My 1 year old was a horrible sleeper as an infant. Started sleep training him at 6 months and now he sleeps from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am.(been doing this for the last 3 months, so it takes time) He is down to only one nap, though. In the morning from about 11 to 1. It is really too soon at this age to drop the 2nd nap, but it seems to work for him.
Good Luck and hang in there!

Naptime should be early in the day and not too long. If she takes two naps the last one should be around 12:30 or 1p.m. and getting up by 3 p.m. Bedtime around 7 or 8 p.m. If you put her down and she doesn't sleep just leave her in the bed, quiet, dark and don't get her up. She needs sleep and maybe is getting too much in the day. Play with her in the day, take her out if you can, do fun toys at home. If this is crying at night I let my kids cry within reason and they learned in less than a week and slept all night with no crying. Some don't believe in that but my kids did fine and knew they were loved too. Be sure she has a night light if you think that would help.
