Have any of you mamas ever taken the supplement Healthy Trim (I think they actually spell it ending in "e"). I'm thinking about buying this product but wanted to get some feedback. If you have taken it, any pros and cons you can give is greatly appreciated.

What can I do next?

I got the three month supply you are supposed to take 2 pills in the morning with alot of water then eat normally after 2 hours I found the pills made me gassy so I only take one and some times if i'm going out to dinner with hubby I don't so I can eat what I want doing it this way I have lost 22 lbs in about 4 months no work outs so If you do it right and work out probably get better results

I have never heard of it. I take Advocare for my weight loss and vitamins.

I haven't really had good success with it. To me, it's not worth the money. It's just like all the other diet pills on the market. Filled with caffeine, and makes you feel jittery. I haven't noticed a significant difference at all...

I did find this free web site to help keep track of food/exercise, etc. Kind of like weight watchers without the expense! Here's the link if you're interested... http://fitday.com/

The only ingredient that it has that promotes appetite suppression seems to be caffeine.

If you are really looking to trim down in a fairly easy way, eat smaller quantities (no seconds), healthy snacks throughout the day, cut back desserts to only once a week (I found that helps the cravings instead of cutting out completely) and cut out white starches to once a week also (potatoes, rice, white bread, white tortillas, etc.).

If you also walk a little everyday and maybe do some sit-ups and stuff with your kids, it can be fun and you will be amazed at what will happen to your body! And you spare your liver having to process any pills.

Good luck - let us know how you are doing!

You might want to take a look at http://www.dietspotlight.com/healthe-trim-review/
I look at this sight whenever I consider buying an exercise product or maybe a hunger suppressant. This one does not look too good based on individual reviews posted.
I had considered buying the "wave" from gunthy renker (I think) but posters complained it slipped around. A friend bought it anyway and it did slip all over the place. I find this sight very reliable.
