I had trouble sleeping with my second pregnancy. As soon as I knew I could not go to sleep, I would get up and make some herbal tea. My favorite was Sleepy Time, by Celstrial Moments. I also bought Anise seeds in the bagged seasoning area of the supermarket and brewed that for tea. Both of them helped me to relax and get to sleep.

Give the Tylenol PM another chance. I swore by it during all three of my pregnancies. Right now, I can't think of anything else. I will need to go look through my journal....

Have you tried taking a shower warm water then snuggling in bed with lots of pollows around you and taking the Tylenol PM? I couldn't sleep with all three pragnancies in my last few months. Back pain had it too. Just try to rest as much as you can whereever you can! My husband used to and still finds my napping at 2 or 7 in the day! My girls keep me busy during the school hours and then my son keeps me busy with homework when he comes home. I try and rest whenever I can!!! Take Care of Yourself!

When I had trouble sleeping during my 2nd pregnancy I bought a long body pillow. The support you get is amazing and it helped my to relax. Good luck and I hope that you get some rest.

When I was pregnant with my second son, the only way I could sleep was on the couch. I think because it was firmer and I could kind of wedge myself into the side for greater support. My ob also recommended benedryl to help get to sleep. Good luck.

I couldn't sleep with either of my two pregnancies. However, I can't remember ever feeling really tired either. When there's nothing to do, read a book, work a puzzle, do a favorite craft or hobby. When the baby comes, you won't be getting much sleep at night anyway, so maybe your body is just trying to adjust early. It has always been a source or humor among the rest of the family about my unusual sleep habits even when I'm not pregnant. I believe that we sleep when we need to, not necessarily when the clock says that we should.

I am right there with ya! This is also my 3rd pregnancy. My dr. said to take Benadryl because it is non addictive and it will make you sleep. I talked to my doctor about the pain and he said tylenol. Well nothing is helping me, but maybe the benadryl will help you.

Im so sorry your having such trouble! It stinks, I know! With my last pregnancy I didnt sleep much at all and I was soooo uncomfortable. You must be so exhausted!

I could only sleep setting up in a comfortable chair, have you tried that? Take a pillow (or two) to cuddle up with. I still didnt sleep much but that did help out somewhat! I hope this month flies by for you so you can get comfortable again!

Beautiful names for your children, btw! My youngest child, 2, her name is Lilly Anna! :)

From one military wife to another - good luck! :)
