Hi ladies, I am need of a vitamin or a magic potion :) to help make a change in my life, for the better. I just googled signs of early menopause and signs of depression to see if I might fall in those categories and I did answer yes to a few of the symptoms, but I am not willing to give in just yet and while on my google search this vitamin, Total Balance Women's vitamin, was mentioned with supposed great results. I was just wondering if any one of you have heard or even tried this vitamin and what were your results? TIA for any answers or advice to my reply.

What can I do next?

Hi T.,

I have not heard of this vitamin either. I do marketing for an international wellness company and I take their vitamins. I was very incredulous when I first started about these vitamins, but after using them for 2 weeks I called the person who recommended them and asked what "majic" potion they contained. No magic just natural healthy better absorption. If you are interested, would love to sit down and talk to you about the vitamins and how they have helped me. Thanks

J.

Hi T.,
I do not know about Total Balance. I am a Shaklee Distributor and believe strongly in the quality of Shaklee products and vitamins. That said, yes I do feel a good vitamin can make a difference, but you need to consider YOU and your special needs to hone which vitamins to take.

You also will want to pay attention to diet and exercise. You can make a magical difference in your life with proper vitamins and nutrition. I've seen it with many people. What you choose depends on what you feel you need, and sometimes you have to play with it. For example, is it energy you are looking for? Have you begun to have hot flashes? Etc...

Depression is its own thing. How depressed are you? Are you functioning but just feel something is off? Or are you wanting to sleep all day or having dark thoughts? Don't discount the need to talk to a therapist or consider medication. I love and believe in my vitamins, but modern medicine is a blessing too.

Stay Well,
P.

Hi T.,
I would consult with someone who is knowledgeable about numerous supplements. I LOVE the staff at Mike's Health Collection in McKinney. They have been there for years and would be able to point you in the right direction. They will also avoid being too "salesy". I trust them completely:)
Good Luck,
E.
