Was wondering if any of you ladies have a pediatrician that you love. I live in S. Grand Prairie so Arlington is probablly best. It's time for my son's 2 year check up and I've really never had a good feeling about his pedi. We just don't seem to communicate well and he doesn't seem very receiptive to my questions nor does he ask very many questions about milestones, etc. Anyway, I'm 25 weeks preggo and would like a better Dr. for my new baby as well. I'd appreciate some great referrals.

Been w/Dr. Edward Moayyad since both my kids were babies (now 11 and 8). He's kind, loves kids & welcomes parental questions and interactions. His office is on Matlock, between Mayfield & Arkansas. Hope he works out for you & your family!
I LOVE Dr. Karen Pilgrim-King. She is on Pioneer Parkway and Davis. She has admitting privileges at Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth.
I never wait long. She always acts as if she has no other patients to see that day and she can just relax and take her time with you. She talks directly to the kids - even babies. I've been seeing her for 4.5 years. Sent 5 friends to her. One friend drives all the way from west Fort Worth (at least 30 minutes) to see her.
All the staff is great, too.

My daughter sees Dr. Hampton and nurse practicioner, Nancy, also in the same office with Dr. Davidson, (like Bethany and Tawnya mentioned). Dr. Hampton is so great about explaining ages & stages, and never hesitates to soothe a worried parent! He is always straightforward, informative, and I have trusted him with my precious daughters for 6 1/2 years now! Nurse Nancy is amazing as well. The kiddos just LOVE her. The staff there is very friendly, and the nurses know me by name. There is ALWAYS ALWAYS someone willing to help in an emergency, Dr. Hampton even saw us on a Sunday one time. Good luck!
Dr. Randall Davidson at usmd is great! We've been going there for 2.5 years and my kids love him and his Nurse Practioner, Nancy. They're at U.S.M.D. at Matlock and I-20.
My child loves Dr. Hampton and Nurse Practitioner, Nancy in the same office of Dr. Davidson. Just as Bethany C. had mentioned. Nancy is the greatest with kiddos.
If you are interested in going to Mansfield Dr. Mann and the other 3 docs in his office are great. Dr. Mann is our doctor and I really like him and his staff.
