I am having a birthday party for my daughters in a roller skating rink and need an idea for party favors. My girls are turning 7 & 4 years old. Please let me know if you have an idea what I can give the kids for favors.
Thanks,

You really dont have to be too elaborate - the skating will be lots of fun and entertaining, however you can get crayons or colroed pencils and note pads or coloring books ($.99 Store) ...my 4 yr old loooves to write and color adn the older kids like the little pads to write notes on ... plus its somethiing boys like too! then you can put some sweet stuff, its halloween time so I found lots of little bags of cookies if you dont wanna give out candy..they love balloons...also you can get those little crafts in a bag where they can make door tags and stuff - youc an find them at hte craft store....

Hello J.,

How about chocolate lollipops. There's tons of different shapes (molds), even cartoon characters to every day things.

Hi J.,

I recently started my own business creating personalized party favors for children's parties. Please check out my website at www.LittleShopofFavors.com. I have some really cute things and they cost about as much as a goody bag filled with candy. Please give me a call or drop me an email if you have any questions.

J., My first thought was some sort of roller skate's trinket? ... OR.. if you can afford..how about a $5.00 Coupon to go back to the skating rink (for each child) .... another time. (just maybe the rink will offer you a discount on your party if you do). If it's a party for "both" (if I understand correctly)girls at the same time..consider how it does put some pressure on the guests to get ($pend) for '2' .. although you don't want to be too extravagant w/party favors... it adds pressure on you for next year.. to "one-up" last year.. and the following yr., etc. Keep it simple is my advice... Just some quick thoughts. Hope it helps..

Hi J.,

I don't know what town you're in, but I own a birthday party place in Smithtown called Celebrating. We do tea parties for little girls (it's a tea party and then we on to another room for dress-up, nails and make-up), and I have a pretty good selection of party favors available for girls if you're interested. They range in price between $1.75 and $6.00 each and some can be personalized (for no extra charge). If you're interested, give me a call at

Hi J.,
How about a princess theme goody bag. If you have a party city near you u can go there and get all the stuff u need.
They have the disney princess bags.

I hope u like this idea

Well you can give out pencils, bubbles, little lip glosses, bracelets, costume jewlery, and little brush and combs.

I have a 7 year old. The best bag we have recd so farI thought was ..a small pad of art paper with crayons. Another one which stands out is a small diary with a pen. I do not like candy and small plastic stuff. I throw that off.
