Finish on Furniture Damaged by Breastmilk Bottle Drips

Is there any way, outside of refinishing my furniture tops, to repair the drips from setting bottles of breastmilk on them? I have tried to keep things neat, but between nighttime pumping and feedings, all of my furniture has drops and rings--even the hardwood floor!

What can I do next?

QVC sells a product on the home interior repair type show. You can call and ask for a supervisor to help you. 800-345-1515

Try using 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of olive oil rub to make the stain disappear. See below website.

I read in my Woman's World Magazine to rub Crest toothpaste.

Not the gel, the paste to get rid of water rings. it seems like a cheap solution to try. Good Luck!

Try mayo. Sounds crazy but it works on wood. Put a generous helping on the spot and let it sit for several hours if needed longer. My MIL taught me this and it works amazing.

You can try actually rubbing some mayonnaise on them.... or for something more intensive, use a high grit sand paper to remove it till it's gone and then repolyurethane the top.

I am not sure what color finish your wood is, but if it is a darker finish you can use Old English furniture polish. It works so good-we have darker wood and I use it on any little scratch or discoloration and you can even tell there was anything on the table, trim, railing, etc. Even if you have a lighter colored wood I would try to use some type of endust or murphys oil soap. Good luck!
