Any ideas on some homemade gifts that my 3 year old and I can make for my husband and both grandfathers?

What can I do next?

I cherish the tiny handprint I got from my g'dtr. when she was 3. It has a double frame, so the handprint is on one side, with her picture on the other.(for g'pas.) You can also go to a craft store and get paints to put handprints on a tee shirt, along with a "love you" message. Your child 'll enjoy seeing them as he/she gets older, too. I still have my tee shirt from the boys I used to keep who are now 13 & 11 with their little prints on it. Or you could put footprints on it for them with "my kid/grandkid walks all over me!"

I do homemade & handmade gifts every year for both mothers day and fathers day! This year we are making photo albums! I am alternating pages between my 3 kids. On the page opposing the picture, I plan on letting my kids decorate that page themselves, and then I will write a small caption.
My dad loves receiving photo gifts. So, last year we went to Michaels and bought a simple wooden 4x6 frame, for about $2.00. I got one for each of my kids, let them paint it, and then put in a picture of my kids with their Papa. They gave that with a handmade card & he LOVED it!
My family is big on pictures, so we usually go that route, but there are so many ideas out there! You could also go to familyfun.com and they have tons of child, handmade gift ideas for just about every occasion.
Good luck & have fun making a gift...Those homemade gifts are always the best to receive!

I was at Target the other day and they had a kit with two cofee mugs that could be decorated. I think they were about $8 or $10.

Food - LOL. Seriously tho - I think food from kids is great. Especially when she tells them what she made...like cupcakes with decorative sprinkles. It's a riot when you see them all PILED on.

What about a "surprise" photograph of her/both of you? It doesn't have to be professional. Then you can make a frame together. One year I had our kids in Dad's favorite sports team jerseys and took a pic. Then we bought an inexpensive frame. He loved seeing his "team" and kept it on his desk.

I know our Michael's/JoAnn's Fabrics have kits or these foam pieces you can use for her to make them a frame.
