Eco Water Bottles?

I personally do not like metal water bottles. the metals can still leach into the liquid that you are drinking. Also, many metal water bottles have a synthetic lining on the inside that have not so nice chemicals in them, do not just think BPA. their are a lot of other not so nice chemicals that do not get as much press as BPA
I use glass!
these are the best, a little pricey but I have had mine for over a year and a half and it has been well worth the money. Now that I am expecting a baby in May I am also registered for their baby bottles and sippy cups.

If you have a friend or family member that sells Avon, right now Avon has 32 oz. aluminum bottles with an internal coating that are dishwasher safe and BPA free. They are $5 and 100% of the profits go to reforestation efforts.

There are glass bottles that have a covering to protect them from breaking. Just recently I saw them at Starbucks. I'm sure you can get them everywhere.

No, I don't think aluminum is okay. I have not found stainless I like, but I recently went on amazon and found glass water bottles. You may not like that, but I am loving them! They are called Aquasana.

I would never, ever, ever buy an aluminum water bottle. I love Kleen Kanteen stainless, but I have bought Camelback water bottles from Target that are BPA free plastic.

I love www.reuseit.com for water bottles and other reuseable products. There is a glass water bottle with a protective sleeve that looks very interesting to me! I can't wait to try it!

Another fan of glass bottles here. We just bought a bunch of Takaya Glass Water Bottles, and we love them. They're definitely heavier than all the plastic and stainless steel ones, but I don't find them to be too heavy to be practical. Plus, they have a silicone sleeve to help with condensation and grip.

Almost all branded plastic water bottles are BPA free now. Nalgene and most others that are the hard plastic. I prefer those to the stainless ones -although I have a few of those as well. They will say "BPA free" on them. You can get them at places like REI, but Target carries them as well.

I love water and I'm a water snob. It has to 'taste right' or I don't want to drink it (and I drink a LOT of water). I just purchased a Berkey Sport Filter water bottle. It's easy to grip, has a built in straw with a cover, and a carrying ring. It's my daily bottle now. I found mine on an auction type website so it was less than other filter bottles I've purchased. I put a 'wet suit material' type sleeve on mine so my water stays cool.
