Double Jogging Strollers - What Is Good?

We have the BOB Revolution double stroller for our twin girls, who are almost two. We absolutely love it. It would satisfy all of your wants, with the exception perhaps of the large accessible storage basket (you're right, that is a dream on a jogger). Our girls are pretty tall, too, and they still have plenty of room to grow. They also have lots of cool accessories like dual cup holders/zippered pouch that fits over the handle and faux sheepskin liners for the seats for those cooler days. We use it everywhere, not just jogging, and it fits easily through standard doors. Good luck!

I just made the investment in a double jogger as well and my research identified the BOB is the best.... and I agree. The double jogger from BOB is better than my old single jogger by far. I did a lot of my research online HOWEVER the best advice I received was by going to the detroit zoo. The BOB is by far the most prevalent double stroller there. Moms swear by them.

I want this too! I have a 16 month old and am 4 months pregnant with our second child. I am interested in seeing the responses to this question.

One thing I can tell you is that I currently have a single jogging stroller that I got when my son was born. I absolutely love it. I got it from a bicycle shop. I found that the better quality joggers seemed to come from places like cycling shops and places like that. The brand is Chariot. It has large wheels and rides VERY smoothly. It is very comfortable to push - you hardly have to use any effort in the pushing part, it sort moves on its own. I use it for walking and running AND, it converts to a trailer that my husband hooks to his bike to take our son along for rides. I am going to look into a double from this brand.

My best advice would be try them out, go to babies r us and push some around to really see what like and don't like. I would also go to once upon a child (resale for kids) you might just find a stroller since we are moving toward the fall...I had a double stroller I didn't like it at all but I only spent $79 the handle was to uncomfortable and I was hard to get through doorways I forget what brand it was but I know it wasn't a BOB.

The Bob is the only way to go! I have tried others and they just don't compare. I really didn't want to spend $500 on a stroller so I tried two other brands first and ended up returning both because the front tire would shake.

I have no suggestions, sorry, but kudos to you for jogging with 2 kiddos! You are more motivated than I am, that's for sure! :)
