Dermatologist in Bolingbrook/Naperville Area.

My husband has a mole on his back that seems to have gotten a little bigger and darker over the past several months. I think he should see a dermatologist, to see if this is anything to worry about. I don't know who to go to, so I am looking for recommendation. Anyone have a good/or bad experience with any dermatologists in the area? We have BC/BS.
Thanks so much.

Thank you for all the recommendations. My husband has an appointment next Friday. Hopefully, everything will be fine.
Today was the appointment and the doctor told my husband that the spot on his back was nothing to worry about. Thanks to all the moms for their recommendations. :-)

We see Dr. Bezanis and we like him. You are right it the mole should be removed and a biopsy should be done. Good luck. C.

Hi M.,

I have been going to Dr. Matthew Kelleher in Naperville for about 4 years now and am very happy with the care that I receive at his office. There are about 6 other dermatologists in the practice with him as well. I have seen two of the others and they were great too. My two daughters (5 and 2) and my husband are also patients at the office. The practice name is Advanced Cosmetic Laser and Surgery Center, Dermatology Limited. They have offices in Naperville, Yorkville, etc... The number in Naperville is ###-###-####. Hope everything goes well for your husband. I have had two skin biopsies already and, thank God, they were benign. It is always good to have peace of mind and get things checked ASAP.

Dr. Jeffrey Berti on Rt 83 in Willowbrook is fantastic. He participates in the BC/BS PPO.

I dont know if this will help but I see Dr. Barsky in Oakbrook, IL in the mall area...she found 3 moles on me that looked strange and all three were dysplastic (pre-melanoma)...im 28 years old and never thought anything of these moles...she as well found some on my dad and he ended up having carsenoma...she is super nice and has many degrees and awards. You can google her name and find out all about her and where she is located and her phone number...i hope this helps. Good luck.

M.,

Teming Liang is great! He's just down the street from Ikea in Bolingbrook. My son was born with multiple hemangionas and he helped a ton with that. I've gone to him too for the same concerns you have with your husbands' spots. Check him out, and I hope everything is benign.

I really like Dr. Matthew Kelliher with Premier Dermatology, previously Dermatology Ltd. They have multiple offices but there is one in Naperville @ 1520 Bond St. ###-###-####. Hope this helps :)

I know you are looking for a dermatologist in Naperville/Bolingbrook area, but if the recommendations that were given to you by the other mommas does not work out, I highly recommend my dermatologist Dr. Dillig. I absolutley love her, she is located in Hinsdale which shouldn't be too far for you.

Dr. Raab (Naperville/Aurora off 75th Street) is the RUDEST doctor I have ever seen. My visit with him was so horrible that I felt compelled to spread the word on every internet review site that I could find and tell everyone I know. His ego was terrible.

I have been to Dr. Davis in Edward Hospital and he runs a friendly office. I have only been to him for minor things so I wouldn't necessarily feel like I could recommend him based on experiences.
