DayCare Or Other Activities....

Hi moms,
My son goes to daycare where I go to school. So for the next month and a half he will be there, but after then he is going to have another month and a half with nothing to do. I have been looking around @ daycares in my Rancho/Ontario area but I haven't really found anything that I am over thrilled with. So I am now wondering if I should not put him @ a daycare but possibly enroll him in some sort of activity, he is three and we have already tried gymnastics which he was not that in to. I am not to sure what else I can enroll him in, I have been told he has to be four to enroll in sports.
Any ideas would be helpful, maybe you know of a daycare in the area that isn't my life savings but is still a good facility or some kind of activity.
Thanks.

What can I do next?

Have you looked at Highland Avenue Christian School in Rancho Cucamonga? http://highlandave.org/pages/sc_preschool.html My kids went there and it was fabulous. They have 2 day, 3 day and 5 day programs. As well as half day and full day programs. I'm sure they've got something that will work for you!

The City of Rancho Cucamonga has pee wee sports that he can be enrolled in at the age of three. I take my son to My Gym (a gym for kids) and he loves it.

are you looking for someone else to watch him then you probably want day care. but if you are looking for activities so he can interact with other kids and have something to look forward to then maybe join a moms group or check out your citys rec department.

My boys will be going to The Pre-School at Claremont United Methodist Church, in Claremont. My eldest will go on to Kindergarden in Sept, and then my youngest will stay on. The summer program is from June 22 - August 7 ( I think ) We have been very, very happy there. They have different schedules and fees, maybe that will help you out. The phone is ###-###-####. Or - you could try the YMCA. Good luck!
