There is a very cute little place called Oggles n Googles (http://www.ooglesngoogles.com/) They do themed parties and have a really cool playscape for the kids to climb around in. Parties have costumes and are all inclusive. We've never had a party there, but my daughter loves going there to play. They have open play if you wanted to go check it out and then talk to the owner while your daughter was playing. Check out the website though because it lists all the parties they do and what comes with them.
