She has done WONDERFUL work for my friends and I - for my son's 3 yr party, we chose cupcakes and on each cupcake was an animal made out of chocolate, palm trees, grass - I can send you a photo if you let me know.
She is currently making our son's 1st birthday cake too - we chose to do "square cake" with the artwork on top (we wanted this year simple); however, she was going to make us a 3-D firetruck.
Other work I've seen first hand was a Strawberry Shortcake beautiful 3 layer cake (carved out a strawberry as the top layer from the cake), a princess cake with a slipper. I know she's also done a farm animal/barn theme. I don't think you'd be disappointed - but check out her web, she delivers within a certain area. And she can always help you 1:1 create something special for your son.

Here is a link to awesome cake designs. Wilton's has numberous 3-d pans. All you need to do is get an idea and hopefully find someone that can do it. When is your son's b-day. What sort of a price limit are you looking for. The only reason I am asking is because I love doing stuff like this I just don't know if I would have time. I have 3 other birthdays just this month.

I don't know if you like to do stuff like this but it really isn't that hard and you get to be the hero of the b-day party.

here you can search for a list of wilton pans - the pans come with directions for preparation and decorating. you can generally get them at Michaels, specialty cake stores, party stores, hobby lobby, and even walmart.
