My daughter left a crayon in her pocket and I accidently washed and dried it with a load of laundry. Now, I have a load of laundry stained with crayon marks - Any tips on removing the crayon marks?
I don't know how we'll it will work on clothes but I once spilled a candle on my brand new couch and a friend told me to put wax paper on the wax and cover it with a dish rag then iron it. The candle wax was drawn up to the wax paper. It was pretty amazing. Hope this helps, otherwise take it to a dry cleaner they are experts on various stains.

2 - When you rewash, do so on the HOT water settings for both wash & rinse. Warm won't do, it has to be hot.
3 - If you have crayon inside the dryer drum, first use a plastic scraper on any chunks, then a Magic Eraser to get off the rest.
I don't know about the clothes... but if you have it inside your dryer, I heard recently that a damp fabric softener sheet will get it off of the inside of the dryer drum.
I'd recommend trying the ironing with wax paper trick, before I'd try the others. No further damage if it doesn't work, ya know?
Ah, you're bringing back memories! This is what I used to do: I'd fill the washer with a cup or so of non-chlorine bleach and an equal amount of powdered dishwasher (!) detergent, along with the hottest water I could get. I'd let it sit an hour or maybe longer, and then wash again as usual. Sometimes the crayon marks came out. Sometimes the treatment ruined the items even more - but they were ruined anyhow, so that didn't matter.
