Goodmorning ladies real quick question for you? I am very small busted and i am looking for a bra that pushes me in and up? Any suggestions? I am on my way to breast augmentaion but right now money is definately a factor. Now i ordered silicone breast inserts and was wondering what kind of bra they would settle with they actually go inside the bra while resting on your breast and they are supposed to take you up one full cup size. well see!!!!Now any other suggestions for small busted women would be greatly appreciated. I want to look good with out anyone knowing i have inserts and if i can find the perfect fit of a bra then i will not go through with surgery. Yes i have done my research on breast surgery and already had my consultation but i would like to stay natural if i could thanks

What can I do next?

I went to school to learn how to properly fit women for bras. Every woman is different, so go to a department store and have someone fit you. You may want to go to a few different stores till you find someone you feel at ease with. Then try on different styles and brands. Different brands will fit different, so you maybe a 32 in 1 company but a 34 in another. Also the cups are cut different in different brands. The fittings are usually free and as you get older you may enjoy having smaller breasts. (I was very small till I got older, I only wish I was a 32 again-there are so many pretty bras in the smaller sizes and other options)

I justed switched to warners new seamless bras, cause I loved victorias secret embrace but they always seemed to stretch out so fast, they push up and pull in and are padded you should be able to get inserts in without any noticing,They are so comfortable and still look hot on.And no lines under your clothes and I can wash them in the washing machine without them comming out all messed up.

my aunt sews her pads in(she has no chest at all) her bathing suits and stuff, you can't even tell. But they are making really great padded bras these days, just make sure you correctly measure yourself as most people wear the wrong size you should be able to purchase one that you won't need inserts for,and gives that extra umphhhh.

another aunt of mine did get her boobs done and it looks great on her(after her kids she had none left so she looked unportional)no scars the dr did a great job,but I'm to much of a chicken for that.

whatever makes you feel good is what is importnant.

Nordstrom (and other retailers) offers free, professional bra fittings. Take your "chicken cutlets" with you to try on new bras and be honest with the salesperson/bra fitter as to what you are looking for. And just because you get fitted there does not mean you have to buy there. The trained bra fitters will help you a ton, and there's NOTHING that they haven't already seen, so don't feel embarrassed. (When I was in college, I worked at a lingerie store and did bra fittings.) There are so many different bra styles out there, if you are small busted (A/B cup) you probably want an underwire demi-style bra (padded or lightly lined)that will lift you up, look natural and not have a ton of fabric like a full coverage bra. I'd buy 1 bra, try it out and if you like it buy more.

I don't have this issue, but the after kids sag is horrible if you don't. Try the Wonderbra line. You may have to check around for it. They really push things in and up. Also I bought a bra at JCPenneys to wear with a rather low cut dress and it really put 'the girls' back where they used live. Don't know the name of the bra, but the fitter was really helpful. The bra was expensive, but cheaper than surgery!

Best wishes.

I also have a small bust and wear nothing but victoria secrets very sexy push up. The have different styles and colors and are extreamly comfortable. It's a little on the pricey side, but hey if you want to make men think you have more then you really do it's worth the 30-50 dollars.

I don't have the small breast issue, but i do have the saggy breast issue. I actually went to JCPennys and the lady at the bra center worked with me till we found one that fit right. Everyone noticed the difference and most of my friends asked if i had lost weight. I would definatly recomend going to some stores and asking for help. Especially Fredrics of holleywood as silly as it sounds they have great stuff!

I like Victoria Secrets Super Sexy Bra (i think that's the right name.) The tell which one, instead on one thick strap that goes over your arm, there are two skinnier straps together. They're great. actually a couple of times when I've worn the bra with a v-neck shirt (out with the girls) all of my girlfriends couldn't believe the way my boobs looked. Plus you can get measured there and the sales woman can fit you . Good Luck.

I've been on both sides of this story. I had breast reduction surgery about two years ago. I went from a DDD cup size to a B-ish cup. I say -ish, because depending on the brand and style, I'm either in a B or a C, but mostly in a B. I echo the recommendations that you get fitted. I've been fitted at Victoria's Secret, which was fine, but when you are there, you are being fitted only for Victoria's Secret carries. I wanted to see other brands, as well. I went to a shop in my area that was recommended by a friend who had a mastectomy. Those sorts of shops really know their stuff! They deal with a wide range of makers and customer desires. Look in your yellow pages under "corsets and brassieres". Sounds so old-fashioned, doesn't it! I've also found that maternity shops can be helpful in finding bra fitters. JC Penney also usually has helpful staff, and they have a great selection of bras.

I found a great bra at American Eagle last month. They have all different kinds of bras -- one particular one that has padding on the bottom half. I have always had trouble finding bras to fit me, especially after having my kids who are now 19 and 22. I spent a lot of money on bras at Victorias Secret for years and the bras never last long. I got the bras at Amer. Eagle when they were on sale -- originally $24.50, on sale for $14.50 -- can't beat that. Now that there are winter clearances, you may find them at a bargain price. I love the bras -- have washed them and they still look great and give you the lift you are looking for.

Victoria Secrets Very Sexy Infinity Edge Gel Curve bra. It comes in different styles. I love the convertable esp in the summer; it opens up your wardrobe to halter tops/dresses; you can also do backless! Its great!

If you live anywhere near the Pottstown area, I would recommend Jean's Lingerie on Hanover Street. Their bras are expensive, but they do a great fit and have bras that really help with the post baby sag (you are 32 so you probably dont have it as bad as some of us older moms!!) I am sure they would help you with your inserts as well.

I own those inserts & after paying a bunch, realized that Walmart carries them way cheaper. VS used to carry the "push up bra without the padding", from the Very Sexy line. Great fit, great bra. Haven't checked recently to see if they still carry it. I'm not only very small breasted, I'm a wide back, as well, and athletically built. Tough, always, to find bras because I don't like the padded ones...too fake looking. Good luck!
