Bankruptcy - Oak Park, IL

Hi Moms,
Happy New Year

I am in a spiritual, emotional, and financial funk!
I don't have enough financial resources to cover our everday bills and expenses,
and am waaaayyyy over my head in Pay Day Loans.
My wages are currently being garnished and the courts can't seem to assist with a child support order.

Can someone please recommend a reputable and reasonably priced bankruptcy company.

Urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks...

V.,

My husband is a bankruptcy attorney, he does free consultations to see if you qualify for bankruptcy, if you do, he will then counsel you from there. Each price is different depending upon if you have to file for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. If not, he will make debt consolidation recommendations. His name is Jeff and his direct line is ###-###-####. He has helped other mama's on here, he is understanding, honest and patient with his clients.

Good Luck,
J.

Sorry out there, I gave the wrong # and switched two numbers around.

Happy New Year! My husband & I was recommended a bankrupcy lawyer in the Chicago Loop area. Her name is Mrs. Monica O'Brian. Her office is on Jackson Avenue in the Loop area. She was great to us. Good Luck.

I think you need an attorney. Call Janet Watson in Wheaton if you live near or reasonably nearby. Her number is ###-###-####, I think.

I can't help you regarding bankruptcy, but have you gone through the state of illinois for help with child support. They will take him to court for you and garnish his wages if possible. Here is a link for help with child support. http://www.ilchildsupport.com/. Good Luck!!!

V., I suggest you contact C. Dean Matsas. His number is ###-###-####. He does free consultations and will work w/you on a payment plan. It looks like you qualify for a chapter 7. Give hime a call now! He will make that garnishment go away.

Good Luck!

Peter Francis Geraci

My family recently filed and we went with Peter Francis Geraci, their costs were $1800 plus court costs of $299 I think. They give you 5 months to pay them, which means stop paying anything you are filing bankruptcy on and pay them instead. They deduct money from your account twice a month to pay it off. You do also have to take 2 courses required by law now at $50 each class. These are online credit counseling classes, one before you file one after. A big waste of time, but the law now requires them. infotapes.com is the website. Hope it helps!
