My family recently filed and we went with Peter Francis Geraci, their costs were $1800 plus court costs of $299 I think. They give you 5 months to pay them, which means stop paying anything you are filing bankruptcy on and pay them instead. They deduct money from your account twice a month to pay it off. You do also have to take 2 courses required by law now at $50 each class. These are online credit counseling classes, one before you file one after.
