I just enrolled my daughter and have already had some questionable experiences. Just wondering if anyone else is familiar with their facility?

Thanks!

We are at Parkwood Hill and LOVE the teachers and Directors at this facility. I have a 2 ½ year old in Pre-School (where I assume your little one would be) and he comes home with lipstick on his cheeks every day… very loving environment! He talks really good now and is counting to 25!

My 4 year old is in their Pre-K (where your angel will be next) and the teacher, Mrs. Jones, is a degreed professional and excellent! She provides a steady flow of feedback and I personally feel like we are a team!

Good Luck, this is a tough decision for any parent! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Leanne,
I personally don't have my child there at that location, but I have two friends that have their children there. They absolutely love the teachers, but not the directors or management. I think they just lost one the best teachers not too long ago too. I had my son at Primrose at Parkwood Hill for a couple of years a while back and just loved it. It's changed some, but most of the director and management has been there for a long time and are awesome!!! We have already signed my daughter up for pre K next fall. I think if you are already having issues, your instincts are telling you something isn't right. If it's the management, then find out who's above them. From what I've heard no one likes them, so maybe they need to get the boot! If it's a teacher, talk to them or talk to the director. Maybe she needs to be in a different class. Good luck with everything, and I hope she get's adjusted well in her new school soon.

I only know one teacher who works there that is more than amazing. she used to be my son's teacher but had to move to a school closer to her new home. I don't know anything else, though. If you're having issues, definitely go to management, and if it doesn't work go to the owners. If that doesn't work, Primrose of Parkwood Hill isn't too much further down, and it's great!

It used to be AWESOME and we were very very happy. Things changed (very)horribly this summer with the new management and owner. Primrose is still an awesome franchise (I have searched EVERYwhere in our local area, and nothing compared to how it was, so if possible, how about another Primrose facility?)I know there are at least 2 teachers there that really have a heart for the children, but management/ownership really makes a huge difference in how things are ran, organization, employee morale, the ability to properly train people when turnover rate is sky high, etc.
