Any Trusted Babysitting Around Here?

There is a group called the MOMS Club (a branch of MOMS club international) for Brunswick area moms. Contact Amy at ____@____.com for more info. The club has about 50+ members and they have activities most weekdays that you can decide to go to if you want. There are play groups for different ages, outings to local farms, etc.

As for babysitting, I don't know of any services, but you could always put a flyer up at Bowdoin. I have friends who use Bowdoin students and find them very responsible, though they don't always have a car which can be a problem if you live out of town. Otherwise, you could post on Craigslist and interview people.

Hi. I live in Brunswick too. As far as I know, there are not any babysitting services here. Luckily my friend down the street has a 16 year old and she's been our sitter for the past few years. We also have 2 other responsible teenagers that we use. If you are interested, please contact me and I will check with my sitters to see if they are interested.

Curtis Memorial Library has some great programs for kids and you'll meet a lot of moms there.

I would look up nanny agencies in the area as well as www.care.com. I am not from your area, but I am apart of both a nanny agency and care.com and LOVE IT!

I am not from your area, but you can check a website called www.care.com, which is a website where people post looking for nanny/babysitting/home health care positions. You can check references before even talking to the person if they have them listed.
