i looked into this recently. for them to take/pick up my son from school it was $110 per week near me...

$110..thats high. I pay $116/week 5 day fulltime for my 5 yr old Pre-k. My son's school will be $75/week for afterschool care when he starts Kindergarten in the fall.

Are you in Lewisville? LISD has an extended school program that is wonderful. My two boys walk from the classroom to the cafeteria. They have a snack, playtime, homework time and usually a craft or story. It averages out to about $60 a week which is way better than any daycare.

If you are not in Lewisville, you can check with you school district for a similar program.
