So you're 45 years old and your period is a week late?

Women my age are irregular - I'm slightly older, but from your age and older, this happened to us. We entered peri-menopause.

Unless you had unprotected sex, I would not be concerned personally - especially if I took a pregnancy test and it was negative.

Feeling tired - my friends and I feel that way at our age. I have very oily skin that started around your age. It's from hormones.

Every woman is different. Go see your doctor and ask her/him these questions. I am not sure why you'd think any of us can tell you if you're pregnant. You haven't actually asked a question here so I'm wondering what you are asking.

This is about 5% of the details we need. We're not doctors or nurses anyway, but I honestly have no idea what you mean by "my first was 10 years ago." Your first what? Missed period? Pregnancy? Pregnancy test? Feeling of exhaustion? Acne break-out?

Call your doctor or go to a walk-in clinic or a Planned Parenthood (make sure it's a real PP, not something else with another name that doesn't even have licensed medical people). Ask for an exam and a pregnancy test.

There are tons of reasons for late periods and fatigue and acne. At 45, you may be entering menopause. You may have hormonal fluctuations. You may have something else. But unless you edit your question and put in dozens more details, we have zero hope of helping you at all. Please make a call tomorrow morning.

What is your question?
I can't tell what you are talking about.
Are you 45 or 55?
Are you concerned about whether you are pregnant or menopausal?
No one on the internet can tell what is gong on with you.
The only one who will have any answers for you is your doctor.
Make an appointment and get checked out.

What test was negative. Your doctor can test your blood to see if this is menopause. If you're referring to a pregnancy test, we aren't able to know if you're pregnant. For the test to be accurate you have to follow the directions for test.

If you haven't had a physical exam within this year, it's important to have one now. If you're pregnant, you want to be healthy for a baby. If you're entering menopause, their are medical ways to make you feel better.

I'm thinking probably peri menopause and your hormones are starting to get out of wack. Glad to see you are taking another test but honestly I think your body is just getting ready for all this period stuff to be over.

At 45, it may be peri-menopause. The first thing they check is for pregnancy, unless there is a medical reason where pregnancy is known to be impossible.

I had a hysterectomy this year, but kept my ovaries so I still have the hormone thing going on. The acne I get sometimes is ridiculous. I guess 42 is the new 14. :-p The exhaustion was from anemia. Go get a checkup and some bloodwork.
