6 Weeks Pregnant and Low Heartbeat

I had a internal sonogram yesterday and was told that I was 6 weeks 1 day. My LMC was Sept. 4, so I thought I was closer to 7 weeks 5 days. They told me the heartbeat was low (70) and told me that there is a 50/50 chance of me carrying the baby. Has anyone else had this happen and had a positive outcome?

What can I do next?

I don't have any advice except to put it in God's hands. I will be praying for you. Put your faith in him and he will see you through whatever the outcome may be.

To this day I think my OB mis-calculated the weeks of my early pregnancy because my period was off. They said at 7 weeks there wasn't a heartbeat, and not to tell anyone yet I was pregnant becuase they thought it wouldn't progress. At 9 weeks, there was a heartbeat, but it was low. I had a perfectly healthy rest of the pregnancy, and have a fabulous 3 year old daughter. Please, don't stress - I hope for the best for you.

Read somewhere that if you are very active that the oxygen goes to your muscles and less to the baby. Try to rest as much as possible.
