24 Hour Fitness - Kansas City,MO

Does anybody workout at the 24 Hour Fitness on 119th and Metcalf? Do you like it? Do you like the daycare? Please share if you think this is a good place to work out. Thanks!

What can I do next?

My husband and I both work out regularly at 24 Hour. The Kid's Club is very nice and so is the staff. They should be opening a seperate 0-3 year old kids club soon. Right now all of the ages are together, so it can get a little crazy on a busy day. My kids (3 and 5) have a great time and look forward to going.

I don't, but I was traveling in Scottsdale recently and a 24-Hour Fitness pass came with the hotel room. I went a couple of times, and based on the marketing material inside the gym, they are probably rather comparable.

I really liked the place although it was very commercial. They did have a nice day care room, and lots of classes too.

I go to Lifetime Fitness at 138th & Metcalf. We really like it. It is also a bit pricey. The child care area is really nice. You have to reserve care for infants, and that is sometimes full, but other than that, I have been happy with it. There is a big area of toys, a big screen that is usually playing some disney movie, big crawling tubes, a half-court gym area with basketball etc., and computers with child-friendly games. You could go take a tour.

I have a membership there. I haven't been in a while but will be going again soon. I love it! I haven't taken my son to the daycare yet, but I will. A friend of mine that has been going said they increased the size of "tot" land.

It's a nice place and it really is 24 hrs. Can be pricey but worth it.
