My daughter's 1st bday is in a few weeks. I will be having kids ranging from 9mo to 12+ at the party. It is going to be a spring themed party and I am looking for goody bag ideas. Does not necessarily have to be the samething for everybody. Ideally would not like to spend more than $5 per kid. Would love to hear suggestions and where people have purchased at least mediocure goody bag items.

Thanks

Pinwheels would be really cute. And you could do a piñata & give them bags for their candy.

have an egg hunt!!! kids love it!!!!!

you can also have gerbers baby food for the babies and you can make them labels with your daughters name or something, thats easy , microsoft word, and a printer should do it....

as goody bags you can get pretty baskets and put some thinks in them hey would look cute...like the easter arrangements...

im also planning my sons first birthday....i hired a puppet show im very excited about!

We did pinwheels as a gift one year. Save for the littlest ones, where the sticks would be too pointy, they would work for just about everyone. Pinwheels are fun and pretty. We just put them in a vase and had each kid pick one before they left. They were $1 each.

i love going to the $1 part of target for the goody bags! they have pencils, tubes of glow braclets, little notebooks, all kinds of stuff! Michaels also has a section like this where you can get good stuff too. I always save all my stuff from year to year and reuse as much as I can so this weekend I will drag all my stuff out for my step daughters party and take inventory and restock my goody bag supply! When i have small kids at the party I will buy snacks for them in their goody bag instead of toys. Like your 9month old.....apple sauce cups, little box of animal crackers, little gold fish bags......stuff like that. Have fun!

Hide plastic eggs with candy inside, and give out pin wheels and/or kites... all can be purchased at the dollar store.

My SIL bought small Little People sets and wrapped one for each child. My other SIL gave my 13mo old a soft basketball. Since it is a Spring party, you could go to the dollar store and get each child a pail/shovel set, water toy set, or sun hat...

We had a bunch of helium balloons and casted them off as a toast to the first year. It was a beautiful sky ....... each person got to set one off.
