I am looking for a full-time daycare center for my baby boy in Flower Mound area.
The closest daycare centers from our home are Children's Courtyard Wellington and Primrose School of Wellington.
Have you heard any good or bad things of those two daycare centers?

We used Primrose in Wellington for a little over 1 1/2 years. We decided to move her to Cornerstone at 2499 and 3040 at that time because we liked the curriculum better and wanted our DD in a Christian environment. We really liked Primrose. Renee, the director, was great. Brenda in the infant room is awesome. You couldn't find someone much better to watch a baby. We really liked all of her teachers (well all but one who isn't there anymore). Transisitons from one room to the next seemed to be more difficult than necessary, but overall it was a very positive experience.

I live in the Wellington area. I personally did not care for the school. I was looking for a preschool for my 4 year old though. The teachers did not seem very eunthastic and there wasnt much going on. I decided to put my daughter in Merryhill School of Flower Mound. Its at 6200 Stonehill Farms Parkway. There number is ###-###-#### and the principal name is Teresa Cobb. They are really friend and helpful.

Good Luck!

I have never heard of Wellington but Primerose is a wonderful school. That is the only school that i would take my son to, I was VERY impressed with them.

Good Luck!

I'm not familiar with those centers, but have you checked them out at http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/

This will tell you if the centers have any code violations, and even give details on the violations. A lot of places will have a record or two, but you want to look for consistent violations at any one place.

Sorry to hear about the eczema and allergies. I've got one that had pretty bad eczema as an infant. Eliminating dairy seemed to help (switched to soy formula). And for no reason at all it has gotten tons better after his first birthday.

We send our almost 3 year old to Primrose of Bedford and love it. He went to Children's Courtyard first and we were not happy. I can't say enough good things about Primrose schools.
