Fenugreek is used alot in Indian cooking so any indian store will have it for a lot cheaper than whole foods/central market. Wish you a healthy supply!

Whole Foods almost always has the tonic. You should be able to get the tea at a Flagship Tom Thumb or Central Market, but Whole Foods has it as well.

Also I have an unopened bottle of tonic. I live in Uptown Dallas.

Hope it helps,

Healthy Approach market in Colleyville sells both and the prices are reasonable. They are off of Glade and 121. The tea may not be as palatable or beneficial as the tonic. The tea seems to work best with production but the tonic will also increase the ejection.

I tries both mothers milk tea and fenugreek (spelling?) and thought I got them at Walmart. If not I would have gotten them at GNC if it wasn't walmart.

Whole Foods carries the Mother's Milk. Have you also tried Fenugreek? Whole Foods, Central Market and GNC all carry it.

I bought my mothers milk at Central Market but they sell it at Whole Foods too. You really have to drink a lot for it to work. Same with the fenugreek.
There is this stuff called Milk Aid. Its 1 vitamin that you take twice a day and it worked WONDERS for me. I don't know where to buy it locally but I ordered mine online.
I took the Milk Aid twice a day and drank 1 cup of mother milk every night and I had a very healthy milk supply...almost too healthy. LOL.
