Where Can I Get Toddler Shoes in 1/2 Sizes?

Hi Mommies!
My dd needs 6.5 size sneakers. I have checked Target and Toys R Us for a pair and they don't have half sizes! Before I run all over the city with a rambunctious toddler and big belly could I have some recos, please? :) Also, if there is a particular brand that you like I would love to hear about it.
Thanks!!
((hugs))

Try Payless. I've gotten a lot of great shoes there for my daughter. I think the brands are TinyToes and SmartFit, but I could be wrong. Either way, they often has half sizes.
Good luck! :-)

Stride Rite has them. They also have seasonal warehouse sales in ft. washington at the holiday inn. You can call them or get on their email list to find out when the sales are. You can save 10-20 dollars per pair. There's not as much a selection as the store but I haev been pleased with the inventory.

Did you try payless? they have half sizes in dress shoes. Got them there this past Christmas. Good luck

Hi S.! You can check Stride Rite. They have 1/2 sizes in shoes. I get my daughters shoes there. They are very good quality and they have tons to choose from. There is a store by Babies R Us in South Hills. There is also a store in Robinson Town Center close to the mall. You can also check on line. They have a shoe size chart, also, that you can print out and see what size your daughters foot is if you cannot get into the store. I buy a lot of Stride Rite Shoes on Shoebuy.com. They have FREE shipping and free return shipping, so if they do not fit you are not out any money. I believe Stride also has narrow and wide shoes if you need any of those too. Hopefully this helps!!

My son currently wears size 5.5 Adidas. I got them online at piperline.com. They have many styles and sizes. Not just adidas, but I know adidas has half sizes. Hope this helps. I do a lot of shopping online. Easier than dragging a toddler to stores.

Susie,
Stride Rite has 1/2 sizes. They are a little pricey. When my son (who is now 5) was younger, I started ordering his shoes from shoebuy.com because they carried wide sizes and they carry the same shoes as Stride Rite stores. I still order through them. They always have coupon specials (you have do a coupon search online) and if you sign up as member (free membership), you get 10% off your first order and 10% off if you place an order within 60 days of another order. If you sign up as a member, they will e-mail you coupon specials. I usually place an order when the coupon deal is either 20% off or $10 off $50. They have free shipping both ways. If you need to return the shoes, you just print out the return slip, tape it the box and drop off at any UPS shipping location. I have been very happy with the service.

Payless has 1/2 sizes. But the difference between a 6 1/2 and a 7 is so tiny, I'd buy the 7.

Stride Rite. There is one in the Promenade in Marlton on Rte. 73. A little more expensive, but the best for kids hard to fit. My DS has wide feet, so it's the only place I can get him shoes.

Stride Rite. There is a store in the KoP mall and an outlet in Limmerick (probably more locations but this is where I go). The outlet is a lot cheaper but I find the sales people at the KoP store to be more helpful and knowledgeable about fitting kids for shoes properly. Their shoes also come in wide and extra wide.

FYI Gabriels sometimes has a small selection of Stride RIte shoes for fractions less of the price.

I used to get the half sizes in name brand shoes like KSwiss and addidas....they sell them a cheaper at The Shoe Dept. Depending on where you are from Century III Mall in West Mifflin has one.
