What to Do About Diaper Table in Big Girl Room?

I would keep the changing table in the baby room. Start changing her in the bathroom (unless its poo) and let her sit on the potty for a minute or two with a nakie butt. She may surprise you and train herself.

Being in your 9th month of pregnancy I would say bring her to the changing table for a poo diaper and change it very fast and quickly leave the room so she doesn't associate it as "her room" anymore. Keep the door closed and don't let her play in there.
As for the crib issue... eliminate it as a choice. Tell her its time for bed in your own room in your new bed. thats it no negotiating.

You can always lay her down on a towel in the bathroom. I'd say leave out the changing table. When it really warms up you can have a naked 3yr old running around I've found its easier to potty train them if you let run naked while they are potty training. To help w/ potty training you can also get her on a schedule start w/ every hour then up it 1.5 hrs when she starts staying dry. My son has a little timer that he sets and when it goes off I tell him its potty time.

Put the baby items in the baby's room and transition her room into a complete big girl room and tell her that big girls go in the bathroom.

If you have a changing mat, just put it on the floor. I have never used the diaper changing dresser in my babies room because there was a big bed in there that I used and I didn't use the one in our living room either, it was always easier for me to just put him in the floor. Maybe because I'm kind of short?

Changing her on the floor is probably hard since you're pregnant. Can you put the changing mat on her bed? I put our diaper changing table in the bathroom. Easy access to the sink, etc. Not all bathrooms can accomodate the size of the table though.
