I was going to recommend the Special Data Processing Center too. A friend of mine used to work for them before she moved away. I'm not sure how much she made, but she was really happy with the company. If I remember correctly, she did have to work at their office (near East Bay and US 19) for a month for training. Then she was able to set it up at home.

I met another mom through a playgroup who did medical transcripts at home. She was certified, trained, or whatever it's called and was able to get a couple of doctor offices. It kept her pretty busy. She spent the days with her kids. At night she'd put them to bed and then start work. If she needed some extra time to get caught up on work, her husband would take the kids out to the park or something while she got a few hours in. It was realy worth it to her.

Be careful with all the promises these companies make that you see online. I feel for one and in 6 months made about $50. I spent wayyyy more than that. It was an MLM company where you basically sell memberships to a club and you have to buy so much each month. If I made what they said I "could" make, everybody would be quitting their jobs and staying home. I will never try an MLM again.

Have you thought about opening a home daycare? If you go to the Pinellas County Licensing Board at http://www.pclb.org/ they have info on how to get started. I know providers are in high demand because I've just been going through a search for daycare myself. If you keep 3 children besides your own, you could charge $175/wk x 3 kids x 4 weeks per month = $2100 per month. Many parents would love to have an RN look after their children...
