Trying to Find a Good Pediatrician in Columbus Ohio

I love Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine on Bethel Road. We usually see Jennifer Mastruserio, but we've also seen Elizabeth Whitaker who was already mentioned, and she was very nice, as was Jennifer Carlos and Matt MOrrison.

If you are near the west side.. Child Care Consultants on Inah ave near Doctors West Hospital are good.

I have been going to the same pediatrician for over 10 years now. It's on the east side not far from the airport. Pediatric and Adolescent Practioners. They have been really awesome. They have someone on call 24 hours a day. One time they even made arrangements for my son to come in on Christmas day with an ear infection.

Hi K., I can highly recommend my daughters dr.. Her name is dr. kathleen costlow.. She is an amazing doctor... She is the only doctor that i have ever had who remembers your name everytime and details as well.. She is a great lady. Hope this helped... She is located in Gahanna but is worth the drive! Actually i just read the post before me.. she is part of that group.... pediatric and ad. practioners....

I go to Pediatric Physcians. They are really good there. They are up at Mill Run. Not sure where you are but I see Dr. Shultz. He is an older doctor but is really great he was my pedatrcian when I was younger. He is probably in his early 50 maybe but not striaght out of school like some others. They are open 365 days a year. They do not charge more for holidays or weekends either. I have had to take mine in on a Sunday morning before and on Christmas.

I love the staff and the office is really nice. They have a really neat fish tank that seperates the well child and sick child waiting rooms. We also go to Riverside Pediatrics, we usually see Dr. Dickerson, have seen a few of the others too. They are great at getting a sick child in QUICKLY, and I have never had any cause to be upset about or question anything. I used to drive 1.5 hrs to get there, now we have moved and are only about 20 min away :)

We LOVE our doctor! He is in with Associated Pediatrics.Derrek McClullen. He really loves his job, and his patients. Our oldest has ADHD, very hard to control, and he doesn't even blink an eye when we come in. Our #2 had a problem with his head not growing fast enough when he was a new born. We thought his scull was going to need to be broken, and re-set to grow properly. (Thank God, the problem corrected itself!) Everytime we bring him to see Dr M, doc kisses his head and tells him what a beautiful head it is! (#3, no problems yet!) Our baby is our niece from my husband's sister that died after giving birth to her. He always tells Marie, that is almost 2 now, that she is very lucky to have her family, and she has the best angel watching her every day! He is very special! He is equally loving to all of our children, and I dread the day that I need to take them to an adult doctor! I hope the practice is excepting new patients! Hi K., I take my children to Riverside Pediatricians, 4885 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43214. Phone ###-###-####. They get my children in quickly for sick and well appointments. Shots can be done as a walk in. My children usually see Dr Barrett but have seen most of the doctors there. Dr Barrett is a minimalist with medicine and that really appealed to me as I don't agree with overmedicating. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure what part of Columbus you are in, but we live in Dublin and go to Dr. Ann Rogers at Rainbow Pediatrics. We absolutely LOVE her! I'll post the information under the Local Business section....

I just moved here, too, and we were referred to Pediatric Associates. They have several locations around the Columbus area, just look in the business listings. They were highly recommended by several new friends, and we have signed up with htem , although we haven'tt needed to use them yet. It's worth checking out! :-)

I would have to recommend Kiddie West Pediatrics (they're on the west side of Columbus) ###-###-####... I actually live on the NE side of Columbus and drive 45 minutes every time my kids need to go to the doctor. The best is Dr Carl Backes and I really like Dr White also.

We see the team of Associated Pediatrics ... they are located in Westerville and near the old Northland Mall (Morse and Karl). We have been seeing this team of doctors for over 15 years and LOVE them! I'm not sure if they are close to you or not.

I also take my kids to Dr. Ann Rogers of Rainbow Pediatrics and we are very pleased. They have 2 locations, in Dublin and New Albany. Dr. Ann Rogers practices with several other doctors, including her son. I really like her - she is older (obviously, if her son is practicing with her!) and experienced and really knows her stuff. She is very even-keeled, and knows when to be concerned and when to say "eh, don't worry about it!" They have sick child walk-ins every morning from 8 to 9.
