The Mom Team - Leawood,KS
Has anyone heard of the Mom Team? What is it and how does it work? I am trying to find some type of work to do at home in the evening that does not include selling anything or having parties.

Hi M.. Don't know about Mom Team but I am an Arbonne Consultant and I love this business because our team has been working a business plan that does not require me to do any sales, home parties or inventory. My husband works 6 nights a week so I didn't have time to get involved with something where i would need a babysitter.
Arbonne is such a great alternative because you CAN work this business doing parties if you want or just do what I am doing and work the business in a results-effective way without having to do parties, classes or selling to people.
Email me at ____@____.com if you'd like more info. Thanks!
Good luck! :)

Hi M.,
The Mom Team sells wellness products, and if memory serves correctly, it's mostly an essential oils selling agent.
Melaleuca oil serves it's purposes-- I've used it myself.
But you can buy Tea tree oil in any natural products store. The problem I have with The Mom Team, is that just like ALL Multilevel marketing companies, is they don't tell you upfront what you'll be doing. They give a bunch of testimonials, people saying "wow-- look at me, I make $____ from home! Now I don't have to go to work anymore! I'm my own boss!"
They tell you that you can work from home, start your own business, set your own hours, yadda, yadda, yadda, but they don't tell you what your selling. In fact, they tell you your not selling anything. You might not have a garage full of Melaleuca, but you ARE selling products.
It's a HUGE red flag when companies do that -- if they can't tell you what the company REALLY IS, and what you'll REALLY BE DOING right up front, that should give you a HUGE hint right there. If you go to their website, I'm sure you'll find that I'm right. You won't find anywhere on the site that will tell you what they company actually is, what it does, and what it sells. Just a bunch of multi-level marketing propaganda. You'll have to send for information, have someone in the local area come to your home, or you'll have to go to some meeting somewhere, where they'll try to get you to join the team. It's a wellness version of Amway or Quikstar. And when you join them, they'll want you to get other people to join under you, and so the pyramid goes....
