Is there anyone that is a member of thegrocerygame.com, and how do you like it? If you use a binder to store your coupons, how do you organize it and keep it organized? I see people in the stores with the binders and was wondering what their system was to keep it organized.

I am a member of The Grocery Game. I love it. I started saving around $30.00 each week I went to Kroger. Now that I am more organized I have been saving $70.00. The list of sale items and close out products come out usually on Saturday morning. The list tells you what coupons you will need to save the most that week. I print my list and take those coupons with me. It takes me about an hour to two hours to organize my list and coupons. I am still reorganizing every week. I have been a member since February. My friend referred me and she has been saving up to $150 a week.
You have to be careful you some times end up buying things you really wont use just because you are getting a good price.

I do the grocery game. I'm not sure of this "binder" you speak of. I just use a coupon wallet. I do write down what exact purchases I'm going to pick up from the game in a little notebook... A friend who also does it says the new way is to save time clipping coupons you just save the whole coupon pamphlet. Since it tells you what date and which pamphlet it was in you just pull those specific pamphlets out and only cut the coupons you will use. Personally I don't want to hold on to all that paper and cleaning out my coupon book of expired coupons really doesn't take that long. If you know of or find out about an easier way I'd love to know too. :)

I have been a member of the grocery game since August, and it has saved my family a lot of money on groceries (plus, it's fun to get great deals!) I buy 2 newspapers each week, cut out the coupons, and store them in a binder with sheet protectors (the size for baseball cards). I have each section labeled with dividers. This makes it easy to find the coupons I need.
