HI!
I am in need of a swimming teacher for my 3-year-old. She is not afraid of the water. We have only been in the area over a year now and needed to know if there were decently priced swim teachers in the area!!!
Thank you!

Emler Swim School in Plano is excellent. My son started there when he was 4 and extremely scared of the water. I had him in the beginner class for his age. He was having such difficulty that they even did 3 extra private swim classes with him (for free). They said their goal is to get him to finish the goals of the class & if they needed to do extra classes with a child they would. When we finished - he was not scared of the water and could swim across the pool! We did two semesters there and was extremely pleased.

I will tell you that the Emler swim school is WELL worth the cost. they only have 4 kids to a class and the instructors work WONDERFULLY with kids that are afraid. I have seen them just turn terrified kids into full fledge swimmers.

Just an idea

several moms on here have recommended Swimmers by Mimi to many of the requests like this. we signed up per all their recommendations. She is very reasonably priced around $120 for 6 - 30 minutes sessions.

Swim Plus in Plano is where we are taking our 2 & 3 year olds for lessons...we have been very pleased. Don't think they are considered 'cheap' but they do lessons one on one for half hour sessions. Ms. Shena is great.

Try Emler Swin School in Plano off of Park and Ohio. They are a great facility. They have small classes, maximum of 4 kids. I believe they also give private lessons.
Good luck!
